Delivery Policy
Currently, we are distributing books throughout Bangladesh. Delivery fees are BDT 60/- for Dhaka city, BDT 100/- for cities outside of Dhaka and cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh*. We work with a number of renowned delivery partners including Redx, Pandago, Pathao, and E-Courier. We are always careful about our packaging to avoid any damages to the books. We usually take 1-5 days to make the delivery based on the availability of goods. We keep right to changes our policy / charges/ delivery duration anytime based on different situation.
Return & Refund policy
We have product replacement policy in case of damaged or wrong goods delivered. if any products are found to be defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the next 24 hours. Upon verification we will arrange a replacement for the products through our delivery partners. *No claim will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery *Damages due to negligence, improper usage at customer end will not be eligible for replacement *No change of mind will be accepted Customer can return the product to delivery man at door step if our quality is not satisfactory. No return will be accepted once delivery man left after successful delivery. Any kind of refund will be settled within next five working days. *Delivery charge will be applied in case of product return, as this charge is non-refundable.
